For more than a decade, the ESCNJ has been the leading provider of cooperative telecommunications services to schools and municipalities through its signature NJDRLAP initiative- the New Jersey Digital Readiness for Learning and Assessment Program. Launch in 2014 by the New Jersey State Department of Education, NJDRLAP has helped save public organizations millions of dollars while expanding the availability of broadband infrastructure statewide. The ESCNJ also delivers a set of unified communications options to members for all their voice, video and collaboration requirements.

NJDRLAP SERVICES
The NJDRLAP initiative provides dedicated Internet access and point-to-point data transmission services in accordance with the federal E-rate program. Most of the services offered are Category One E-rate eligible. Since program inception, the NJDRLAP initiative has saved New Jersey schools and municipalities millions of dollars.
